El Greco Tours is a travel agency based in Crete, Greece, with 7 additional offices in Greek islands and the mainland. With experience in the tourism industry since 1979, it offers excellent services to travelers who trust it.

SUMMARY

We faced the challenge of presenting a renewed, professional and communicative design for ELG Hotels and El Greco Tours. A brand identity, as well as corporate websites, will encourage you to embark on a travel experience in Greece and Cyprus.

Thus, the design changes focused on conveying the quality and experience that the company offers in all its services, while at the same time making the user experience on the internet more pleasant and functional.

SOLUTION

The first task included the new identity for El Greco – Group of Companies, to confirm the high quality services offered in the tourism sector. Changes were also made to the company’s hotel logos, as a way of integrating into the corporate group. Next, we designed 9 websites. One for B2B sales, one for B2C sales, one for ELG Hotels and one for each hotel individually. Finally, the enhanced activity on social media and targeted advertisements on the Meta platform, by Inglelandi Digital Agency, have contributed significantly to the increase in audience and user engagement, confirming the success of the adopted strategy and the company’s continued growth in the tourism market.

Changing the logo of a very powerful company, operating since 1979, is a big deal. El Greco Tours is a tour operator/travel agent based in Crete, with 7 additional offices on the Greek islands and mainland. It has always been a company that offered high quality services to hundreds of thousands of travelers, but this high quality was not conveyed through their brand in the best possible way.

Structure El Greco Group of Companies

After the completion of the El Greco Hotels, we gave a face to the concept of “Group of Companies” and created a better image for the entire El Greco organization. El Greco Group of Companies Logo and Company Structure.

Creating a product

The services offered by El Greco Tours were not always correctly reflected in the company’s image. For example, El Greco Tours manages six hotels and this was never obvious to the public. There is also a transportation and excursion management service. All of these do not include any third-party or partner services. They are services provided by different departments within the same company. Based on the above, we created a new structure, starting with the hotels, presenting the identity of the El Greco Hotels company. As part of this presentation, we created a plugin for all the logos of the hotels it manages. The El Greco Hotels logo and the plugin.
